Useful Information
In order to make your booking as pleasant as possible, we would like to point out the following points:
Prices
The prices include all legal fees and taxes as well as final cleaning and are per apartment per night. All prices are non-binding guidelines and may vary depending on the season. We are happy to offer an interim cleaning upon request for €35.
Online reservation requests
All online reservation or quote requests are non-binding and without guarantee of availability of the desired categories/packages until we confirm them or you give us a firm commitment. We require your credit card details to confirm your reservation.
Payment options & payment time
We accept cash payments in euros as well as payments by debit card (EC card). The total amount due is payable upon arrival at check-in. (Exception: For short-term rentals, billing is done monthly in advance!)
Arrival & Departure
Our apartments will be available from 3:00 PM on your arrival day.We kindly ask you to plan your arrival so that you can check in no later than 7:00 pm.On your departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 AM. After check-out, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us.
Cancellations
Cancellations made up to one week (7 days) before arrival are free of charge. For later cancellations, the full price of the stay will be charged. This also applies to no-shows.
pets
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our house.
air conditioning
The air conditioning only works when the outside temperature is hot.
